GPS Principles & Lean Fundamentals (GPL)
This course takes you step by step into the thinking and behavioural principles

and how it helps you solve real problems in production and supporting functions.
Across 11 concise lessons you will cover, among others:
- introduction and basic idea of a GPS
- core GPS rules and guardrails
- customer value and the three M: Muda, Muri, Mura
- problem solving and PDCA as a learning routine
- stability & standards as the foundation
- flow, takt and pull as core design principles
- leadership & Gemba presence
- communication, collaboration and culture along the value stream
- transformation roadmap and maturity assessment
The course focuses on practical examples, clear definitions and ready-to-use
templates (checklists, 30–60–90-day transfer plan, maturity radar, Kanban
sizing sheet, SOP template, Definition of Ready/Done).
