Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to digital products and online courses purchased through
www.lean4y.com.
1. Digital products and online courses
The products offered by Lean4Y generally consist of digital course content
and digital learning materials. Therefore, these products cannot be returned
in the same way as physical goods.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for a period of
14 days.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of
withdrawal may expire before the end of this period if:

you expressly agree that Lean4Y may begin supplying the digital content
before the withdrawal period has expired, -
you acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of
withdrawal once the supply of the digital content begins, - and Lean4Y provides you with the corresponding contract confirmation.

3. Voluntary refunds in exceptional cases
Irrespective of any statutory rights, we will consider refund requests,
particularly where a technical problem attributable to Lean4Y permanently
prevents access to a purchased course and the problem cannot be resolved
within a reasonable period.
Please submit your request by email, including your order number, the name
of the course purchased and a brief description of the problem:

4. Processing an approved refund
After receiving your request, we will review the circumstances and inform
you of the outcome. An approved refund will generally be issued using the
same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise
agreed.
Depending on the payment service provider and the financial institution
involved, the credit may require additional processing time.
5. Statutory rights
Statutory warranty rights, rights relating to defective digital products
and other statutory refund claims remain unaffected by this voluntary
refund policy.
