About me

I am a management consultant and expert in Lean Management, Operational Excellence,
and production systems. For more than 20 years I have supported companies—especially
in the automotive supplier industry—in optimizing processes, implementing lean production
systems, and sustainably increasing efficiency.

My approach

With Lean4Y I created a platform that combines practical Lean knowledge, digital tools,
and online courses. My goal: teach methods in a simple way, reduce waste, and achieve
measurable improvements in production.
