Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all digital products and online courses purchased via www.lean4y.com.

1. Digital content

Since our courses and materials are exclusively digital content that is available immediately after purchase, there is generally no right of return once you have received access to the content.

2. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, this right expires if you expressly agree that we begin performance of the contract (activation of the course) before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. Refunds in exceptional cases

If technical problems on our side permanently prevent access to a course, we will refund the full purchase price. In this case, please contact us by email at info@lean4y.com.

4. Returns of physical products (if offered)

If we offer physical products in the future, the statutory return rights apply (14-day return period from receipt). Further information will be provided separately.
